Observation on Logistics AAR

“Leaders win through logistics. Vision, sure. Strategy, yes. But when you go to war, you must have toilet paper and bullets in the right place at the right time. In other words, you must win through superior logistics.” (Tom Peters, 1997)[1]

He was observing PCpl Javier, Supply PNCO of Olongapo City Police Station 3 while preparing the after-activity report on the damage and expenses of the police station. He is in charge of liquidation and the signatory on the police station’s procurements. He provided pictures to document the before and after reparations and procurement inside the police station. It is good that inside the academy, we use the same communication when procuring items and after-activity reports. As the logistics officer, it is up to you to take an inventory of the station's various possessions. The patrol cars' upkeep, the station's refurbishment, the gasoline for the vehicles used in the activities, and the computers utilized by the organization's various elements. As a supply officer, you are also responsible for taking the initiative to replenish any things used up within the station. Take an inventory of all the projects currently being funded, and then produce after-activity reports once they are finished.

The logistics officer and supply are responsible for inventorying the company's facilities and all the rifles and other materials supplied to the cadets, such as uniforms, bedsheets, and other Cadet Corps issues. This is similar to the duties that are performed in the cadet corps. They are the ones in control of any procurements that may occur, and they are responsible for distributing the items to each cadet's personal belongings. They are responsible for determining whether or not the owner still possesses the cadet corps issues by verifying to see if they are still in their possession.
